"VTGN could ACTUALLY change the world in a very constructive way"

And that would truly be a wonderful thing - if they did. I get that.

But hyping VTGN as a 4-bagger stock investment has little to do with increasing happiness for millions of people that are suffering.

IMO, the primary purpose of hyping, "could be" stock prices, is usually an attempt to increase financial return for the person posting the hype.
