Here is something to help show WHY this dropped.

NotifiCRM V2!!!

It's as simple as that. Yes, I believe there is some MM manipulation, and we know nFusz showed up on the regsho failure to deliver list for about a month during the drop.

All that aside, Version 2.0 is the reason for the drop. It's NOT A PUMP AND DUMP, it's not Rory and team cashing in. Heck, Rory bought at $1.43 with 2 years of accrued salary.

Version 2 is the reason for the decline (for good reason). We all knew of Version 1, which was being beta'd and tested by mlm's, etc. But they then finished V2 in time for integration to Oracle and Marketo. This delayed revenue as "I assume" it is also being tested for free by current users. I personally believe Rory and his team are well past that 20K subscriber mark and they are all currently part of the test team utilizing this for free.

V2, by many accounts (including tepeele's great review) is far better than V1.

Rory has always said it is about maximizing value here. By delaying revenue and monthly fees for a couple months to integrate V2 for current customers, he GREATLY enhanced the value here. V2 is much easier to integrate with many touch points to do so.

Rory could have rolled out V1 and started earning monthly revenue, but he is going for nothing less than brilliance here. He even said customers chose to wait for V2, as a couple more months wasn't a big deal.

WITH ALL THIS SAID, I truly believe the delay on testing and revenue because of V2 is the reason we hover at these cheap prices today. Had Rory rolled out V1 and revenue started to come in, we wouldn't be here. But, again, it isn't about share price at this point, it's about maximizing the value of this company and V2 will do so in a much greater way than rolling out an ok V1 that is much harder to integrate with companies.

ALL IMO!!
