FLCR in the last 5 years has been UNKNOWN as reflected by the volume in the link I posted below. This is not an "opinion\this guy said" its a FACT. During this time they have not given any FAKE PR, or gotten any "real" buzz (I played it solo 4 times since January 2015 SOLO). They just stayed productive, made continuous improvements and filed CONSISTENTLY like the BIG BOARD companies do. Its a rare penny stock. As a result of its MICROSCOPIC share structure with the icing being INSIDERS OWN 40% of the float (true story) it has made NUMEROUS 300% pops in short periods with little effort as indicated in the historical price quotes.

Case in point 1\8\15 was at 0068 3 trading days later on 1\12\15 was 018 (I was in there I had many of those)

1/21 was at 0042 by 02/02/16 ran to 0138
02/06/15 was 0061 next day .0136

04/16/15 0052 by 04/27/15 ran to 013

01/12/17 .0022 by 1/13/17 ran to .0099 (it was me here too, silently, solo)

These kind of leaps have happened OFTEN TO THIS GEM with no one looking or watching.
