Minister of Mining Baldo Prokurica has devolved into nothing more than an ineffectual sweet-talking pretty poster boy for your administration now being touted/re-branded as the new savior for miner safety (and of course, cheerleader for future miner worker votes) instead of the once dynamo reformer who was originally assigned the task of pulling all the backed-up drain-plugging Kotex/Tampons out the of commie bureaucracy and getting private little-guy plus mid-size international miners back on the righteous/productive road to actually mining in Chile.

In 45 days the Second Forum on Lithium is going to take place in Chile and your administration is going to show that nothing has changed in Chile for lithium private miners different to the draconian restrictive policies implemented by your predecessor Michele Bachelet. Once all the mining journalists attending this Forum report you are nothing more than an continuing extension of Bachelet do you honestly think any new private lithium miners will further invest in Chile? I think not amigo... Chile will as always remain in the deep grip of SQM, Tianqi and Albemarle.
