Yes, VPLM is suing t in a $2B++, infringement lawsuit. Damage claims will go much higher, when claims adjusted. This suit eligible for treble (triple) damages.

VPLM has already won against t at the PTAB.

VPLM also suing aapl, vz, twtr and Amzn for similar amounts!
