CBIS’s 2017 10-K Annual Report is way way past due. Do CBIS shareholders realize that the most recent financial disclosure made public by CBIS were the Quarterly results from July, August and September of 2017? Almost 1 year ago! Something is seriously wrong if CBIS can’t or still won’t file its financial disclosures. Shareholders deserve financial transparency and CBIS has gone financially Dark now for far too long.
