Oh well, the only remaining hope for GSAT shareholder-victims is for the Jay-Monroe-Crushes-the-Shareholders transaction to gett enjoined by the court, then rejected by the court, and GSAT goes back for a third try at TLPS.

Also the only hope for failed 'parter' YIPI that paid GSAT a boatload of YIPI shares for GSAT to allow the failed YIPI search to be carried on GSAT for the failed TLPS proposals.

Oh well, third try - Ajit Pai says 'bring it on, man'.

Otherwise, this pennyscam turdstock is going subpenny as existing shareholder will be diluted to dust if Monroe getts his way.
