One thing replacing directors is easy PR next few weeks, to get back into Nasdaq compliance.

Agree shown ability to pump and trade out the float many times on occasion.

Losing Nasdaq listing will be huge priority to prevent by whatever legal means possible, ie: going below a dollar for any length of time.

Market cap at 5 Million not a lot for some/any kind of buyout.

...the scenarios I think can put it to $1.50 or higher.

Getting close to where it's worth something, or it's not.

Risky play, as ever...

Decreasing price on volume. Someone unloading and someone else is loading up. Can only hope the buyers know something we don't and expect a bounce back. Now, if there is a positive announcement after giving insiders a chance to load up this is going to really stink. I have become very cynical and now nothing can surprise me.
