If I recall correctly, when ACPW was first sold to Langley for a dollar and folks realized that the deal was really about the NOLs, RELY was the company many people were pointing to as an example of what monetized NOLs could do to a share price. That suggests RELY was one of the first places where Webb and Alpert took their NOL savvy into the marketplace. I didn't realize they were the guys involved with RELY.
