Ok let me explain once more. They will sell shares of WRFX stock in tranches that were given to them at 30% below market value. How big those tranches are I do not know. Once those shares are sold Brad gets all but 30% of the proceeds and Carden gets the rest for selling those shares to the public since its illegal for Brad to sell them directly to the market.

A Reg A is not a loan nor an investment but rather an offering. Carden is the vehicle being used to introduce/offer the new shares to the market.
