I'll say it AGAIN...IF...IF...IF this San Diego VERY WELL KNOWN SECURITIES ATTORNEY AND LAW PROFESSOR was NOT representing GIFA as his client(s)- then he's answer an inquiry such as yours with, "I don't know what the hell you're even asking about. Never heard of a company named GIFA or Firefish and don't have clue one about any of it. They aren't clients of mine, so don't call back and quit wasting my time. Thanks." CLICK...phone hangs up.
The INSTANT that attorney says, "I CAN NOT SPEAK ABOUT IT DUE TO LEGAL ETHICAL REASONS AND REFUSE TO COMMENT" blah blah blah he just 100% confirmed he knows DAMN WELL WHAT YOU WERE ASKING ABOUT and that what you were asking about is one of his LEGALLY RETAINED CLIENTS...thus, he pleads the LEGAL NON-DISCLOSURE OATH, "NO COMMENT" and thank you very much.
I can pick up the phone right now and call any state in the U.S., pick a big law firm or a securities attorney and ask, "Hey, can you fill me in on the GIFA stock transfer reverse merger thing going on, OTC market"- and either get CLICK, hung up on, or, "WHAT, WHO, WHAT THE HELL YOU CALLING HERE FOR, they're not a client of our, never even heard of um- you got the wrong number, sorry or some wrong info, sorry, have a nice day".
HE IS 100% retained as THEIR U.S. Based SECURITIES ATTORNEY IMO...I think it's been confirmed too many times now and ZERO "coincidence" they picked a set of office suites as their current "U.S. Location" when they filed with the NV Secretary Of State and this top securities M&A and Reverse merger expert dude just happens to literally be right around the corner from that location....DING...DING....DING....
