LOOTER owed $20,000+ in restitution for ripping off the Dollar Store. Instead of getting a REAL job and paying that back a little at a time he decided to go right back to being right hand man for KING CON and cooked up the idea of using Willy "fresh beef" Miller.

I'm sure Eddie promised him again some fast bucks to pay off his tab--as if Eddie would have EVER made good on that one. LOOTER up and croaks and throws a BIG wrench in Eddie's CON JOB and the rest is history.
