That makes too much sense. If anyone can think of a time that happened, feel free to share it... I know some are much worse than others but honestly I don't believe any convertible note lenders/creditors really care as long as they are making money. Every now and again you see protections built into the agreements, but I honestly don't think I saw the exact agreement here... just the debt amounts.
