That’s false.

What happened was that certain traders recognized change of control at the Nevada Secretary of State website and its potential for a pending R/M.

When the volume came in, people falsely assumed it was a pump and dump, because the volume and interest couldn’t be explained by people who weren't paying closer attention to details.
