Yes, but if they wanted to do it for a sake of doing it as most of people think here, they would have done it. Btw. they had approval for up to 1:50 ..
In my opinion they are not going to do it as long as they have overall solid plan in place and they are going to do be sure that company can only benefit from it.
Also let's remember that they have to get votes first. All management holds only 20% so they need people to vote for. If they are smart they should give some hints about the future before meeting to convince people to vote for it..
