Dilution, depending on the magitude and reason for it, can have a big effect on the share price in a negative manner. Most OTC companies dilute to stay afloat at shareholders expense by pumping up the share price with PR's, then dump millions or billions of shares to raise cash. The great thing with EQLB is that it does not have a history of dilution as Mo has been a stand-up CEO looking out for his shareholders. Thus, I too highly doubt this recent selling is dilution too now and will just wait (silently) for a shareholder update from Mo.
