I agree. It's just a waiting game at this point.

Unfortunately I disagree with claims that a merger has already happened. I believe the NVSOS merge-in filing was just re-domiciling into the state from WY. There has been no change from Dempsey Mork as officer and from what I understand the shell is still listed as for sale.

It's a tough call, buy-in early and wait but with those funds tied up, or wait for news and try to get in quick before the price runs away.

I try to do a little bit of both.
