I’m sure they can find a way to dilute without being current, but I don’t really see dilution as the main issue at the moment. The fact they decided to file a NT-10K and not follow up with a 10K shortly after, tells me they most likely planned this all along. I’ll explain why... There haven’t been any new shares added to the O/S since February, and I’m seeing only retail MMs on the ask, other than VNDM at .0003 who is most likely just going to move if this ever does decide to run. Its hard to dilute without interest, so VCPS or a third party entity would need to create volume in order to dilute, otherwise this just sits at .0001 with nowhere to go. They can’t dilute without a bid, and no one is buying .0002s, so it feels like not releasing the 10-K on time is doing everything possible to deter people from buying the stock. Maybe I’m just crazy, it is early after all.
