The only thing we know for sure is that Attis bought a majority share of GERS through FCC, by buying 80% of FCC.


In addition, I'm wondering why these other companies would need to own more than 51% of any company, including Greenshift.

Until I get a plausible answer to this question from someone who I think has the facts to back up his statements, I am making some guesses. These guesses include the possibility that these 80% owners have a goal of being 100% owners.
