This is great news. They now have an established partner with lots of contacts in the investment community. Raising money will get much, much easier. Now on to the FDA, raise money, and start Phase III. Once management offers the road map, Wall Street will respond. Kudos to Lippa et al.

The fact that management owns about 40% of the company and has put their own money in to this company gives me great piece of mind. Unlike other management, they will not dilute this stock at our expense. Their interests and mine intersect.
