Leave to amend (permission try to come up with an actionable complaint) was granted, unsurprisingly - and since they tried again already with a premature 5th Amended Complaint we have a good idea what will be in it.
If they do try again, for the 6th time (the 5th try was struck, see below), likely Google will move to have that claim challenged too after August 13th. So another round of litigation in the fall, which no doubt will be described absurdly as ‘settlement meetings’ here.
