... if the stock goes up.

$250K a year is an extremely low salary in the E&P business for a CEO, COO etc.

If the stock stays flat or goes down, they make nothing. But then again, money has never been the motivating factor for the Upper Management of Zion Oil and Gas. Those of the natural world will never understand.
