Wade: DISCA - did you really contemplate selling the afternoon of the Time Warner court ruling ? Or did you simply realize the next day that it was impactful ? I'm guessing the latter. You should have posted otherwise, but I would not have thought it was a risky hold through the ruling which would not have had any impact on earnings or estimates regardless of the outcome.

CNBC was covering the impending court ruling throughout the day.
