Well all I can say is this.
We wait.
What I don't understand is, those who are very confident in a vacate
why havent they been buying like mad?
If there is a vacate, the price only goes up, and should go up pretty fast on that news. That is the best news we could possibly get being as District Court is next, and a vacated decision would entail getting some or all claims back,
I mean that is as close to guaranteed money as there is.
If you are 100% sure or anywhere near close to 100% you should be buying hand over fist.
Simply saying is all.
You know what I think, and my holdings reflect it...
Still own some, but only those shares that I have to deal with long vs short term taxes on.

I hope for a vacate...hope I was wrong, and will happily pay a small premium if I was wrong.
