I think (emphasis on THINK) that a partial fill at the EOD completes an order and the rest of the fill is entered as a new order.

I had this happen to me several times and tried to research it but couldn't find much. Yes it is a new order (and a new commission), does it then lose "priority" and go to the end of the line? Sounds like it does but that shouldn't happen IMO.
