I just started removing posts that are off topic or bad mouths others as I have just been given MOD rights and I intend to use them with a bigger picture in mind for this board. I AM NOT going back in time to remove everything offensive prior to this morning. I am going from this point forward. So play nice or have your messages deleted IF they are (But Not limited to) being off-topic or contain any of the following unacceptable behavior: Slander/mock/make fun of/belittle or is offensive, rude, crude, insulting or offensive.

Call it what you want, think of me as you wish. But yeah, DAD's HOME! so play nice! Think of it like this. If I am a new investor looking at this board what will people see? Helpful and useful talk? or a select few having a childish grade school argument where one, then another, engages in useless namecalling and banter that is irrelevant and goes NOWHERE but back and forth.

Hey, you want to chew each other out and slander and mock each other fine then DO IT IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE TO EACH OTHER AND EACH OTHER ONLY!

I have NO clue about the rest of the people on this board, but I for one (And I may be the only one) but I am personally tired of reading about one disliking the other and then this sort of grade school name calling or some form of belittling tactics come out, degrading the board, and those who would like to keep the integrity of it in a more professional light.
