I have not had time to research your clams but it's nice to hear that his California CPA license is still active and in good standings. Please provide a link to show others are not active.

EVIO did not replace him he is still on as a consultant. Believe me they did not want to loose him. He helped take that ticker from pennies to dollars in a short time. He is no joke. AIMH has the same size float as EVIO did when it hit multi dollars. I think he will do the same for AIMH especially if it's a merger with Vegas Valley Growers.

No other company is using him because he is not taking on any new clients. He has his hands full with EVIO and AIMH right now.
