I am in hopes that a toxic investor has been bought out as of 6/14 as referenced as a possibly in the most recent prelim proxy statement. If this in fact has taken place, the hope is that the stock will trade in a normal fashion in the future. The other concern as outlined in the proxy report is the company wanting the shareholders to authorize authority for the company to perform a reverse split in the future if it deems needed. They argue that this authority will given them flexibility to make future acquisitions. It may do you well to review the proxy statement. I am in hopes that you are right and this is the bottom. If so then load up.
