If you are saying the amount of the.....

damages would need to be assessed by the court and/or the value of the damages being sought by the plaintiffs is inflated. I cant argue with that. But for the moment, those damages have not been assessed and the plaintiff's request is $77 million. So for the moment there is $77 million "at stake". Will they get it all? I'd be shocked. But that discussion is irrelevant at the moment since they are still trying to get standing.
