I would say it is possibly neither, just stating the obvious against the wishes of J.D.Salinger. the only way thenprice will ever go up is if there are so many people that want the stock that the price goes up, just like high rents, so possibly the answer here is, give people a reason to want to buy the stock, so far it seems like the reasons being presented arent extremely appealing to the people who buy penny stocks, so they need to churn and burn, get it moving create some excitement, give a solid fundamental reason for investing in the company.
