RS? you have 100 shares of stock at $10 each and have a RS 10/1 ratio that would leave you with only 10 shares but now they are worth $100 each. What do you have in each case. THE SAME MONEY $1K. Splits do not add to or take away from Market Cap. If anything most RS go down. Before you do a RS to get into compliance yew have to get your MC up past 30 mil I believe. Only a higher stock price fueled by a partnership or approvals (FDA) will add to the MC. Only if the MC complies but the stock price does not then you can go forward with a RS and hope the stock does not decline past 30 mil.
