Why doesn't this 'high roller' just buy direct from the company for less and have a warrant attached if they have such faith?

A whopping $6 grand traded today.. lol! some whale! When there is light overhang, these big fake buys always move in to try and bump it up. This ALWAYS happens when QSEP needs to unload some paper quick and they need a share price higher than the sub-dime they are flogging it at.
