yes and it has rebounded since, interesting, maybe the note holders sold out what they had yesterday and didnt want to be left holding any shares, maybe they are restricted from selling since the company would be officially late in their 10-Q as of end of day today, as I see the NT-10-Q filed yesterday. Hard to say, but clearly yesterday was the selling of issued shares to the lender.
