the military option has officially been taken off the table it seems which I guess is fine. not sure how soon but there will be infrastructure build (sewage water utility roads bridges residential internet cafes on and on) along with spawning of new digital banking and financial systems (ATM machines credit cards etc), all of which requires IT infrastructure and automation emails etc to run efficiently and profitably. I'm sure Kim Dong would also like to purchase a respectable airplane from Boeing, perhaps a brand new fleet made with GE engines. seems to me law breaking will not be a big concern in North Korea.
