Never looked at that one before, might want to ask e-ore, I'm sure he's looked at it in depth.
I will say that a lot of these older shells, especially ones that were dark for many years, tend to have an awful lot of baggage, especially old shareholders that have been stuck for ages and looking to get out.....thus the reason they don't move as easily as say a new issue, regardless of the share structure.
A new issue with 100M+ o/s can often move much, much faster than an older ticker with 2M o/s, as you don't have that overhang to plow through first, thats one of the big reasons why I much prefer new issue.
