Was thinking that based on technical indicators. Stocks at these levels are many times ran through a rinse and repeat strategies to make a market that, us penny traders try to predict and pinpoint entry and exit points.

I use my strategies to formulate my trading plan, but decided to post an opinion of what I was predicitng.

Yes fundamentals do win out always in the end, but your ideas of fundamentals break down at these levels in the way many penny stocks trade. Fundamental book value is almost never the same as the stock capitalization. Look at Tesla it burns billions, many penny stocks burn cash only too, but sometimes they rally with no fundamental reason.
