Honestly, I do not want to say too much here because it would spoil my fun, especially with board members here who care exceptionally good at DD. Every time I look at the State of Florida doc, the name change one, I smile. There are some serious players driving this for what appears be a Cino-American consortium that is working their scheme to exploit the rapidly exploding Chinese middle class ( think post WWII America)

Every time I discover one of the companies in their portfolio the makeup of individuals is always the same so once you see it its quite easy to recognize.

I have taken up a good position here along with nearly all of the other American-registered companies they have with a "set it and forget it" mindset. They have as part of the plan a strategy to bring many of their companies to NASDAQ next year at some point. My plan is to ride along right with them.

BANI is not a P&D by any measure. Don't be fooled. DONT BE FOOLED.
