News!!! The "new" Treaty BOD gave up, and threw in the towel, a long time ago. Treaty has NO chance of ever "coming back"...
Treaty is no longer a legal business. Treaty, who changed their state of incorporation to Delaware in 2015 under the name Trimerica Energy, is no longer active and is void because of tax delinquency and the failure to file annual reports. And get a load of this... Tax delinquent for $265,467.73. Doesn't look like they ever made a single payment to Delaware. The Treaty clowns, new BOD, also have NEVER even filed ONE annual report with Delaware. Treaty as a legal "company" has been dead for some time.

It looks like that Tesarski was stretching it here claiming Treaty was a operating company from a "legal perspective".
2 Q. Is Treaty currently running a business? Is it 3 operating? 4 A. Treaty is an operating company certainly from a 5 legal perspective. From an actual operating 6 perspective, it's not.
