No link is necessary to understand the truth.

The shares will be revoked, if they have not been already revoked by Admin Law Judge Brenda P. Murray, as that is her required duty.

All the shareholder e-mails in the world will not change that fact.

The Company filed BK, A Chap 7, last year. That's when the fat lady sang.

On the date of filing, the Company's BK atty counseled Fred to cease all operational actions, other than those related to the BK, that was almost one year ago.

Those actions included any correspondence or interaction with the SEC, meaning that even if Fred wanted to cooperate with the SEC, he was prohibited from doing so as any operational activities were and remain stayed by the BK Court. The case lingers in BK Court as the shareholders made noise and the Trustee has not moved for nor have the Judges granted discharge, which means the BK may be dismissed for want of prosecution, although it may linger for some while longer.

In the meantime, e.Digital as of today has failed to show cause as to why the SEC should not revoke registration of all shares. Capiche?

In the absence of e.Digital showing cause, Judge Murray will and must do her falking job which is to revoke the shares, regardless of how many e-mails the cult of disgruntled shareholders provides. Capiche?

The fat lady sang last July. These formalities are just that- formalities. The shares will be revoked because they must be revoked.

The imbeciles can continue to trade fantasy shares on the grey, purple, rainbow, or pokadoted sheets, and as I previously indicated, I will be happy to print up fantasy shares for whomever is interested, for a small fee.
