That is awesome! With 3 days to spare they are now current in their filings. We should get a PR about the merger within a week or two.

Hopefully the new company puts out a separate PR about who they are and what they plan on accomplishing in the 2-5 year range. Maybe they will mention that the US metal business has been very good lately. Maybe they will mention that within a few months of the merger they plan on buying out their parent company.
