They are often non-investors who go around preaching how horrible a stock is and often spend years applying their version of the truth in order to steer investors away from a stock, while secretly attending to their own agenda.
Smart investors have known about these types for decades and never make investment decisions based on what others say, especially on public forum message boards.
Smart investors also know penny stocks are risky plays and should only be traded using capital that could potentially be lost in total, as well as a strong constitution, patience and a gambling spirit.
