Yeah, that's really good. Non-negotiable. Though, I wonder, what does AHIX have to offer these amazing companies they are soooo busy identifying?

We are completing a portfolio of very creative and inspired financing scenarios

This is the best. A scenario is "a postulated sequence or development of events." Not WHAT has happened (like financing) but a postulated (i.e., suggested or assumed) sequence of events leading to financing. (And that's in the final stages, according to the PR a month earlier...)

With the consummation of our current planned acquisition we look forward to beginning the processes of the long-awaited up-listing.
