Watching this. But what concern me are the ff: 1) New business since inception in dec 2017 by Eqova acquisition;
2) Only 1 employee;
3) So far, only $7000 revenue and only 1 customer (already terminated);
4) -$7M in the red;
5) Cole Memo rescission (biggest legal threat here because of their model to sell to medical practitioners).

GRCK model is different from CVSI model. May be a good trading play at this time... remains to be seen.
