The product team in charge of GoPro should go out and buy an Arlo Pro Camera kit and see how a consumer IOT product should deployment be executed.

Arlo does it perfectly. I do not understand why GoPro does it so sloppily.

I actually returned the Fusion and got a Hero6 and I feel the same. GoPro is absolute garbage. Buggy. Not user friendly.

The doors on the units come off. They don’t automatically get discovered when I turn them on. All of this is well documented.

I’m just appalled at the experience I have had with both products. It’s no wonder that Amazon is filled with cheap alternatives.

GoPro is a nasty product experience.
