That's interesting. Foster owned 127 million shares last year and according to Form 13 filed January 11, 2018, he now owns 300 million shares.

Then files a form 15 a few weeks later.

Makes me wonder if something is brewing here, or if he just likes to accumulate 300 million shares for the heck of it.

If I see another form 13 show up with Foster owning even more shares, than the 300M already indicated, then I may decide to get aggressive with this one.
