It is possible this case may move a "light speed" in comparison to UWBKQ. Remember, over at UWBKQ many of the years were involved with settling the MBS suits before UWBKQ could even think about settling because UWBKQ would be due monies from these suits.

The MBS suits involved many of the same big players such as JPM and others. Therefore, there was no reason for anybody to be in a hurry to settle as those MBS suits took years to worth through and still not totally finished.

So, maybe it is possible for FNBCQ to be done in 2 to 4 years or even sooner.
