a current link doesn't exist because the new ceo terminated old registration ,so at this time all we can do is speculate based on what we know until the new filings are registered . ,float is outstanding shares minus those held special ,investors ,401k,profitsharing ,institutional, at the otc. ,so not knowing what is being held specialy out of the ava. market to trade currently we cant know the exact number , but we do know the outstanding shares are 33,947,368 ,so worst case is 33.9ml ,I usually go by this number(the o/s) because any special held shares can float at any time if the price is right
