One of the problems as you know is the ability to buy GERS shares. Only a small number of brokerages appear to allow it at this time, most notably Schwab.

KK has stated publicly and privately that he will answer all questions (soon?). I hope that this means that he will also clear up the filing delinquencies, moving from the OTC Pink to OTCQB, as well as unraveling the GERS, BTZO, FLUX, Genarex, Attis onion/shell. If this happens, and we get the expected result from the Federal Circuit, you are correct, GERS has explosive potential.

But there is a lot of clarification and public unraveling to be done, and at this moment we see NO sign of it. So we sit and wait, and wait, ... And until the clarification and unraveling occurs people are NOT investing -- they are gambling.
