Looks like the wells are not "panning out" so WSR is going into gold mining in Guyana! Sheesh. Now they call themselves a "resource" company. They (WSR, not ASR) are issuing units at 15 cents to raise money to buy into the gold mine. That is at the lowest price their stock has traded at for a long time. If there were a good announcement coming concerning oil production, one would think they would wait until after that has been announced before shoving wheelbarrows of stock out the door.

ASR is not participating in this mining scheme, but it looks like ASR's stock jumped when WSR's stock was halted. Somebody probably thought some great announcement was going to be made and was taking advantage of ASR still trading.

And so it goes, and SOMEBODY keeps "waiting to win" (some year).
