Just be careful on how they raised that $200,000 they owed Air Products in May. If by a death spiral convert that would be another 22MM shares of dilution at that $.0175 low (since they sell at a minimum 50% discount with the look backs and floors). Since it is the most material thing that has happened later, it's surprising they didn't have to notify shareholders. I assume we have to wait until next quarter's financials to find out.
